Optional financial support
roMarketDB is free to use. Optional support helps cover hosting and maintenance. Support is a one-time payment on Stripe’s external payment page. The suggested amount is €3; you can choose another amount from €1. Use the Support roMarketDB button at the top of the site.
Stripe processes the payment on its website. roMarketDB does not receive your card details or associate payments with accounts or site usage statistics. The owner-only admin reads gross confirmed EUR totals and payment counts for the support link through a restricted read-only Stripe API key. Fees, refunds and disputes are not deducted; these totals are not the Stripe balance. Payer details returned by the API are processed transiently and are not stored in roMarketDB; only aggregate results are cached for up to five minutes. The controller uses transaction information available through Stripe to administer support payments and handle refunds or disputes. roMarketDB does not create a payment dataset or associate payments with Discord accounts or browsing statistics. Stripe retains transaction information under its privacy policy and applicable requirements. You can contact the controller about access, correction or erasure; records needed for applicable legal obligations may have to be retained.
